I think thats the generic microsoft driver. LookinAround - I did have another webcam prior to this, I think it was a logitech webcam but that was an external webcam. The Hardware ID for my built. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. Check Show compatible hardware, and then select USB Video Device. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.

I have been seeing a lot of complaints about logitech not having a driver for thier premium usb headsets, I used this on my hp laptop for my 'Logitech Premium USB headset'. I compiled this for those people. Hope it helps. Might work for some other headsets also as thier are other listed in the install information. This is the windows usb wdma audio driver for usb audio. Just unzip it using winrar and when windows ask for the driver tell it you want to have it search in a specific location and browse to the folder you just unzipped

(Make sure you remember where you unzipped the folder too)

After upgrading to Windows 10, the Logitech USB cameras such as BRIO webcam, or the C930, C920 etc HD Pro webcam cannot work, so you cannot use it in video chatting on Skype or other video applications.

Solution 1: Let Apps Using My Camera Hardware

Before you solve this problem, you need to make sure your applications are allowed to use the camera. This will make many things more convenient.

Follow Win > Settings > Privacy > Camera to open the camera privacy settings.

In the right side, make sure the Let apps use my camera hardware status is On.

Solution 2: Remove the Conflict Wireless Mouse Receiver

The wireless mouse may cause the Logitech camera out of work. So if you are using a wireless mouse especially the Logitech wireless mouse, maybe there is interferes between the wireless mouse and your USB webcam.

So at first, try to unplug the camera USB cable out and reconnect it to another USB port.

If it does not work, try to unplug the wireless mouse USB receiver or the USB transmitter, and your Logitech camera will work normally.
